Refund policy
Made-to-Order Products
All of our items are made on demand and printed especially for you when you place an order. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color preference changes, or buyer’s remorse.
That said — we do stand behind the quality of our products, and we’ll always make things right if there’s an issue.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We will replace the item at no cost to you.
To process a replacement quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and the problem area
Once approved, a replacement will be sent automatically.
Lost Packages
If your order appears lost in transit or shows as “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact us. We’ll work with the shipping carrier and send a replacement when appropriate.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled or modified before production begins.
Because items are printed on demand, once your order goes into production we cannot make changes.
If you need a cancellation, reach out immediately and we’ll do our best.
Returns for Reasons Other Than Defects
Because we produce each item to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size purchased
- Change of mind
- Dislike of the product after receipt
Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images carefully before purchasing. If you’re unsure, we’re always happy to help before you order.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only when:
- A replacement cannot be fulfilled, or
- A product arrives damaged/defective and you prefer a refund instead of a replacement
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
